The TL;DR Version

We require you to read the full terms below, but here is the simplified breakdown of our Platform Survival rules:

  • Maturity Required: You must follow Roblox's age rules. The game features macro/micro size themes that require maturity to navigate.
  • Public vs. Private Zoning: We enforce a strict "100% SFW" policy in Public Servers to protect the game from Roblox deletion. Private Servers offer a sandbox environment where intent is unmonitored, provided you follow Roblox TOS.
  • Zero Tolerance for Minor Endangerment: No harassment, no exploits, and absolutely no sexualization of minors. This results in a permanent ban.
  • Assumption of Risk: The game and Discord are provided "as is". You are responsible for your own conduct and account security.

Important Disclaimers

Your use of the game constitutes your agreement to these critical points:

  • Private Server Privacy: We do not log, monitor, or have access to your activity or messages in your private server. The contents and moderation of private servers are the sole responsibility of the server owner and participants, who must still adhere to the Roblox Terms of Use.
  • "As-Is" Service: The game and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from bugs and glitches.
  • Assumption of Risk: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or actions of any player in any server, public or private.

1. Preamble & Acceptance

Welcome to Feline's Ragdoll Sandbox, a Roblox game experience and associated Discord server (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are created and operated by Instructure (hereinafter referred to as "Developers," "we," "us," or "our"), a development group owned by Vis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "player") and the Developers.

By accessing or participating in any part of the Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the official Roblox Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Services.

2. Content Warning, Theme, and Context

The Services are built around a robust physics engine featuring extreme size differences (macro/micro scaling). This includes mechanics such as stomping, throwing, and physics-based interactions between players of vastly different scales.

We acknowledge that within the wider internet, these themes can overlap with specific subcultures and interests. However, the survival of this game relies entirely on strict adherence to the Roblox Community Standards. Therefore, we do not moderate based on your personal interests; we moderate based on Platform Compliance. You accept that you may encounter these themes, and you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the game for yourself.

3. Jurisdiction & Instance Zoning

To balance the freedom of a physics sandbox with the strict reality of Roblox's Terms of Service, we operate on a "Zoned Jurisdiction" model. Your behavioral boundaries depend entirely on the type of server you occupy.

The Dual-Environment Standard

[ ZONE 1 ] PUBLIC SERVERS

Status: Strictly Moderated Storefront
Public instances are heavily monitored. To protect the game from platform deletion, there is a Zero-Tolerance policy for suggestive roleplay. If a moderator determines that your actions or chat messages appear to be intended for sexual gratification or fetish-roleplay, you will be kicked or banned. No exceptions.

[ ZONE 2 ] PRIVATE SERVERS

Status: Unmonitored Sandbox
Private instances are your domain. We do not police the "intent" of your roleplay behind closed doors. You are granted full sandbox freedom, provided you do not violate core Roblox laws (e.g., exploiting, injecting actual NSFW imagery, or any behavior that endangers minors). What happens in private, stays in private.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Feline's Ragdoll Sandbox, including the core physics engine, custom code, UI, and logos, are the exclusive property of Instructure. The original map layout is utilized with the official, express permission of its original creator, sabig. You are granted a personal, revocable license to play the game; you are not permitted to steal, decompile, or re-upload our assets.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on a strictly "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the conduct of other users in private or public servers. Your use of the services, and your exposure to other players, is solely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We bear no liability for instances of user sexualization of minors, child endangerment, or other illegal user conduct occurring within the services, as such actions are exclusively outside of our direct control. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Instructure from any claims arising out of your violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
