Console Agreement

01/ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FSB (Fuck Shadow Ban) Sentinel monitoring console (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register, access, or utilize the automated diagnostic monitoring systems.
02/ Description of Service
FSB is an independent technical utility designed to observe, record, and alert users regarding the public visibility status of specified, publicly accessible Twitter/X user profiles.
No Affiliation: FSB is entirely independent and has no legal, technical, commercial, or structural affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement with Twitter/X Corp, Discord Inc, or any of their partners.
03/ Use of Diagnostics & Limitations
Diagnostic data provided by the FSB console is retrieved through non-authenticated public handshakes and third-party APIs.
- Accuracy Disclaimer: While FSB implements robust checks, visibility determinations (Search, Suggestion, Ghost, or Reply Deboosting) represent an analytical estimation at the exact moment of query. They do not constitute an infallible claim or guarantee of account status.
- Rate Limits & Handshake Errors: Twitter/X's network topology and firewalls dynamically change. You acknowledge that transient connection handshakes, timeouts, or API blocks may cause temporary monitoring outages.
04/ Monitored Targets & Resource Limits
To maintain clean operations and fair resource distribution across our node network, the following rules are strictly enforced:
- Each registered account has a strict quota limit of 15 monitored target slots.
- You may only register and monitor public accounts for which you have explicit administrative consent, or those that are completely public.
- You are strictly prohibited from using automated scrapers, browser extensions, or parallel requests to extract data from the FSB dashboard.
05/ Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR ADMINISTRATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE UTILITY OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
06/ Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union, without giving effect to any choice of law principles.
