01. Account Integration & Identity

Acceptance of terms requires explicit account linkage via Discord OAuth2 protocols. We extract and parse verified metadata associated with your application parameters, including user indicators, authentication slugs, and network identifiers. You retain sole execution ownership over the security keys of your provisioned portal endpoints.

02. Acceptable Resource Utilization

User deployments utilizing Linky customized bios or Mainframe telemetry inspect fields must abide by global internet integrity parameters. You may not deploy automated spiders, excessive recursive cron sweeps (outside of standard system intervals), or structural actions causing artificial degradation to our network assets. All targets undergo programmatic rate-limiting. Exceeding assigned API constraints results in immediate network node blacklisting.

03. Content Controls & Sensory Restrictions

By deploying endpoints with NSFW markers, you agree to toggle the built-in "Sensory Warnings" / Age-Gate modal logic. Any profile hosting mature content, adult coordinates, or sensory warning targets without configuring our integrated verification structures is subject to manual platform deletion without advance legal warnings.

04. Automated Diagnostic Telemetry

Mainframe operations execute network lookups, domain sweeps, DNS queries, WHOIS parses, and SSL tracking validations on your behalf. You guarantee that all requested target domains are under your explicit operational authority or fall within authorized diagnostic coordinates. We accept absolute zero liability for connection disruptions or rate-blocks triggered by external third parties during systemic diagnostic runs.

05. Complete Indemnification & Service Limits

Our deployment engines and diagnostic stacks are provided "As Is" and "As Available" without express warranties. Visiuun and its operational stakeholders operate free of liability regarding loss of tracking telemetry, target outages, visual simulator anomalies, or user credential damage.
