This Privacy Policy describes how FSB (Fuck Shadow Ban) collects, processes, and protects your information when you register an account and monitor Twitter/X targets on our console. We are committed to maintaining maximum transparency and strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for our users in the EU/Italy.
01/ Information We Collect
FSB operates on a minimal-data footprint principle. We only collect the following parameters:
- Account Credentials: Your email address, name, and a secure, cryptographically hashed version of your password (stored using PHP's standard
PASSWORD_DEFAULTbcrypt algorithm). Your raw passwords are never visible, read, or transmitted in plain text. - Monitored Targets: The public Twitter/X usernames you voluntarily submit for automated tracking, along with the designated alert destination emails you assign.
02/ How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to execute the console's utility:
- To render your personal dashboard and load your target tracking profiles.
- To dispatch automated visibility transition emails (alerts) via our third-party email delivery API (Brevo) when an account transitions between "Clean" and "Banned" states.
03/ Data Retention & local caching
To ensure fast response times and prevent rate-limiting from public diagnostic endpoints, we implement local caching and historical tracking:
- We cache successful diagnostic handshakes locally on our secure SSD storage (
fsb_cache.json) for up to 15 minutes. - The telemetry chart keeps a rolling array of your targets' last **48 checks** (48 hours of metrics). Older historical data is automatically overwritten and deleted in real-time.
04/ Third-Party Data Handshakes
Our automated diagnostic engine makes outbound queries to third-party APIs (including shadowban-api endpoints and unavatar.io) to fetch public profile structures.
No Personal Data is ever transmitted during these handshakes. The queries are made anonymously, containing only the publicly available target username.
05/ Session Cookies & Storage
We use simple PHP session cookies solely to handle user authentication state and keep you logged in to your dashboard. We also store your audio toggle state locally in your browser's localStorage (FSB Audio) to retain your interface configuration. No tracking or advertising cookies are utilized.
06/ Your GDPR Rights (Rights of Erasure)
Under GDPR regulations, you have full administrative rights over your data. You may request to review, correct, or permanently delete your account and all tracked targets. To execute a complete deletion of all records associated with your email address, contact our system administrator directly at:
