Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between the user (“you”, “your”) and FSB Sentinel (“FSB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), governing access to and use of the automated Twitter/X visibility inspection engine, dashboard console, Developer API, and associated telemetry services (collectively, the “Service”).
Acceptance of Terms & Federated Authentication
By accessing our web interface, initializing guest preview sessions, authenticating via Discord OAuth2, or querying our Developer API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
• OAuth Identity Model: Authentication is handled strictly through Discord Inc.’s federated OAuth2 infrastructure. We do not maintain or store independent username/password credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
• Guest Preview Quotas: Unauthenticated visitors are granted a daily cumulative evaluation quota of 5 minutes (300 seconds) per device identifier and network subnet. Bypassing this quota via proxy rotation, browser sandbox virtualization, or identity spoofing is strictly prohibited.
Nature of the Service & Trademark Disclaimers
FSB Sentinel operates as an independent technical diagnostic utility designed to observe, evaluate, and report publicly queryable distribution metrics across public Twitter/X profiles.
Twitter and X are registered trademarks of X Corp. Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. Brevo is a registered trademark of Brevo SAS. FSB Sentinel has no official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or contract with X Corp., Discord Inc., or any of their affiliates. All public diagnostics are executed in accordance with public web interoperability principles and fair-use doctrine.
Diagnostic Handshakes & Analytical Limitations
Visibility determinations—including Search Ban, Search Suggestion Ban, Ghost Ban, Reply Deboosting, and Sensitive Profile tags—represent empirical, analytical approximations at the exact millisecond of query.
- No Infallibility Guarantee: Algorithmic weighting parameters deployed by upstream social networks are non-public, dynamic, and subject to immediate alteration. Diagnostic results do not constitute an infallible claim of intentional moderation by X Corp.
- Transient Handshake Interruptions: Upstream rate limits, edge network timeouts, or intermittent endpoint maintenance can trigger temporary metric unavailability. During upstream disruptions, the service displays
API Offlineindicators rather than fabricating false statuses.
Monitoring Quotas, Alerts & API Usage
To maintain equitable system resources across all users, the following operational boundaries are enforced:
Each authenticated Discord user may maintain up to 5 concurrent target monitoring slots. Automated polling is executed asynchronously across rolling 20-minute windows.
Alerts are securely routed exclusively to the primary verified email attached to your authenticated Discord profile. Custom or arbitrary destination emails cannot be bound to alert channels to prevent third-party spoofing or spam abuse.
Public API consumers are limited to 15 requests per 60-second rolling window per client IP. Requests exceeding this threshold receive HTTP status code 429 with explicit Retry-After headers.
Interactive Mechanics & Anti-Abuse Integrity
The platform incorporates real-time interactive mesh telemetry (“Booping”) and presence broadcasting. Users engaging with these features agree to the following conduct standards:
- Rate Limiting & Bot Prohibition: Maximum hourly limit of 500 boops per authenticated user account. Automated macro scripts, headless clickers, and interval spoofing trigger immediate client cooldowns.
- Anti-Alt Collusion Safeguards: Cross-booping accounts originating from identical hardware fingerprints, matching IP subnets, or proxy networks is automatically blocked by our fraud engine.
- Ephemeral Presence: Channel watcher indices operate on a 25-second sliding TTL. Tampering with presence heartbeats or forging fake viewers will result in a permanent IP block.
Prohibited Use Cases
You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Using automated scrapers, parallel curl workers, or fuzzers against our backend or search typeahead endpoints.
Accessing the platform through commercial proxy gateways, Tor exit nodes, or cloud sandboxes to circumvent guest usage limits.
Utilizing real-time presence indicators or boop channels to stalk, harass, or demean other active observers.
Attempting to access restricted storage volumes, circumvent session hashing, or exploit internal cron secrets.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DATA ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FSB SENTINEL, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION IMPOSED BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS TECHNICAL UTILITY.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Modifications
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time to reflect infrastructural, legal, or regulatory updates. Continued use of the Service following revisions constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
